Content Policy and Removal Procedure

This page explains the content management policy of onlyVIP platform, the legal framework regarding its hosting infrastructure, and the procedure for content removal requests.

§1 Platform Structure and Content Management

OnlyVIP platform ("Platform") does not host user-generated content. All content on the Platform is uploaded solely by platform administration (admin) and automated systems (bots) running on private servers configured by the administration.

Accordingly, the Platform is not a user-generated content (UGC) platform. Content selection, uploading, and management are entirely under the control and discretion of the platform administration.

Important Note: End-users (members) do not have the authorization to upload content to the platform. All responsibility and decision-making authority regarding content rests exclusively with the platform administration.

§2 Hosting Infrastructure and Legal Framework

OnlyVIP platform is hosted on an independent hosting infrastructure operating outside the jurisdiction of the United States. Our hosting provider is registered in a jurisdiction that is not obligated to implement the "notice and takedown" procedures under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512).

This means that the Platform has no legal obligation to respond to any DMCA notices or to remove content based on such notices.

Hosting Location

Platform servers are located in a country not subject to US jurisdiction.

Legal Status

The hosting provider reserves the right not to process DMCA notices.

§3 Strict Red Lines

Independent of our DMCA policy, content in the following categories will absolutely and unconditionally not be hosted on the platform:

Content Involving Minors: Any sexual content involving, depicting, or suggesting individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Zero tolerance is applied in this matter, and upon detection, it is immediately reported to the relevant authorities.
Forced or Violent Materials: Any material involving coercion, violence, or torture against individuals will be removed immediately.

Warning: If content falling into the above categories is reported, immediate and unconditional action will be taken, independent of the platform's hosting policy.

§4 Content Removal Request Policy

While the Platform bears no legal obligation to remove content under the DMCA, we may evaluate removal requests in good faith under the following conditions:

The request falls into the strict red line categories specified in §3.
The requester proves with concrete evidence that they are the person directly appearing in the content.
It is documented that the content was clearly shared without consent.

Important Statement

Requests are evaluated completely at the discretion of the platform administration. There is no guarantee that any request will be accepted.
Standard DMCA notices made on the grounds of copyright may not be processed due to the legal framework of our hosting infrastructure.
The Platform reserves the right to reject any removal request without stating a reason.

§5 Disclaimer

OnlyVIP platform does not act as a "service provider" under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent copyright laws of any country. The Platform:

Is not an entity subject to US or EU jurisdiction.
Does not seek DMCA "safe harbor" protection, as it does not require such protection.
Content is uploaded by platform administration, not users, and content decisions are entirely at the administration's discretion.
The obligation to recognize any court order, legal notice, or enforcement order is evaluated only within the framework of the laws of the country where the hosting server is located.

You can submit a request about content by filling out the form below. Requests will be evaluated at the discretion of the platform administration, and there is no guarantee that any action will be taken.

Important Notice — Request Channel

Content removal requests are only accepted through this form. Requests submitted via e-mail or Telegram will not be reviewed under any circumstances and will be completely disregarded. If you experience a technical error while submitting the form, you may contact us only in that case.

All requests submitted through this form are automatically reviewed using our facial recognition and AI system, and are either approved or rejected accordingly. This is the reason we require all requests to be submitted exclusively through this form.
